Built and operated two production healthcare platforms spanning pharmaceutical reference data, clinical AI, voice processing, and internal tooling.

• Converted a licensed pharmaceutical dataset of 309 linked tables into a production Django platform with 400+ ORM models across 14 clinical domains, enabling drug search, allergy and interaction checks, prescribing, dispensing, dosing, and patient-medication workflows.
• Built dependency-ordered, idempotent ETL plus the production API, security, caching, and search layers (DRF, JWT/RBAC, rate limiting, Redis/Celery, Elasticsearch), making full dataset refreshes safe, repeatable, and low-risk.
• Built the ICD-10 and CPT autocoding service using historical co-occurrence, BM25, biomedical embeddings, and clinical NLP guardrails to improve ranked coding suggestions while reducing unsafe or unsupported outputs.
• Moved AI inference fully on-premises to company GPU servers and built PHI de-identification, keeping patient data inside company infrastructure rather than sending it to third-party AI APIs.
• Built the clinical voice pipeline in-house with ASR and doctor/patient speaker diarization, then added medical history extraction, note reformatting, and an AI scribe that converts visit transcripts into structured SOAP notes.
• Created a model evaluation and release gate measuring clinical accuracy, unsupported outputs, and hallucination rates on real cases before production approval.
• Built the Angular admin dashboard and owned Linux/GPU production deployment, automated testing, and technical documentation across both platforms.

Drove the rebuild of an offline-first B2B retail communications platform used across multi-site retail networks.

• Led a 5-engineer team reporting to the CEO, owning architecture decisions, sprint planning, code reviews, and developer mentorship through the full platform rebuild.
• Migrated 200+ retail sites from the legacy product to a faster offline-first Electron platform with cloud sync and real-time multi-site campaign updates.
• Optimized MySQL schemas, sync flows, and production workflows to keep the desktop client responsive under real-world retail load.

• Delivered 20+ end-to-end software projects for clients across Lebanon, Kuwait, and the USA, spanning SaaS, AI/RAG, e-commerce, desktop tools, and custom business systems.
• Owned requirements, architecture, implementation, deployment, and post-launch support as sole engineer or with small subcontracted teams.

• Built a multi-vendor, multi-currency commerce platform integrating external payment, shipping, and inventory systems.
• Optimized Laravel/Vue/Redis production workloads through query tuning and cache layering, improving application responsiveness and delivery reliability.
• Standardized Linux deployment and server operations for repeatable production rollouts.

• Replaced WordPress with a custom Laravel/Vue/Redis CMS, enabling the agency to deliver higher-value custom projects beyond the limits of the legacy stack.
• Improved response times through database-query and Redis-cache optimization, and standardized Linux deployment for repeatable releases.
